Q. When Will My Order Ship?

A. All orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days, unless otherwise stated. All orders ship from West New York, New Jersey. Please keep in mind that USPS is experiencing delays due to COVID-19 and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Q. How Can I Protect My Order?

A. You can protect your package by adding package protection through Route, it automatically charges you 1% of your order total and packages are traceable and replaceable if lost or stolen. If you have chosen to opt out of Route protection, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Q. Do You Offer Wholesale?

**We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or mistakes made by your selected shipping carrier. We offer Route protection that insures your orders. If your package is missing, please contact your selected shipping carrier and file a claim. If you added Route to your order, you can file a claim through Route or send us an email to hermanitas.hello@gnmail.com and we can file the claim in your behalf. If you live in an apartment or condominium complex please check with your buildings office, sometimes the carrier will drop off the package there if it does not fit in your mailbox. Hermanitas Design will ship all orders to the address entered at checkout and is not responsible for lost packages if the address is entered incorrectly. Hermanitas Design is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages once the tracking number is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.

** Free shipping codes will only apply to orders in the USA and orders will be sent USPS 2-3 business days (transit time). Free shipping discount does not include Express Mail or Priority Mail.
